We install it, service it if a run goes dark in December, take it down after the holidays, and store it until next year. Within 24 hours, usually sooner. We measure your roofline or gutters from satellite imagery and email you an itemized estimate. No appointment, no walkthrough, nobody sitting in your living room working an angle.

No. They belong to us. Commercial-grade LEDs, cut to fit your roofline, and they come back to our storage at the end of the season. You never buy lights, untangle lights, or find a place to keep them.

Every property is measured and quoted individually — roofline or gutter footage, roof pitch, access, and the scope you actually want. Your estimate comes back itemized so you can see exactly what you are paying for and what is included. Call or send the form and we will get you a real number, not a range.

You call, we come fix it. An in-season service call is part of the holiday lighting service — it is not an add-on and it is not a favor.

Yes. Warm white, cool white, multicolor, red and white, or a combination suited to your house. We talk it through before anything gets cut.

September and October. Installations run from mid-October through Thanksgiving and the calendar fills in the order deposits arrive. If you want lights on before Thanksgiving, do not wait until November to call.

Fully insured, and we will send the certificate if you would like to see it. Anyone unwilling to show proof of insurance before climbing on your roof is a risk you are absorbing yourself.

We reschedule. No one does good work on a wet or iced roof, and no one should be up there trying. Your date moves, your job is not skipped, and the delay costs you nothing.
